Refund & Return Policy

At Plumet, we stand behind the quality of our premium bamboo bedding. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.

Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Unopened Items Only

Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unopened packaging. Once bedding packaging has been opened, the item cannot be returned for hygiene and health safety reasons.

Required Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be in original, unopened packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached and intact
  • Original packaging materials must be included
  • Item must be in new, unused condition
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened bedding products (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or removed from packaging
  • Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items purchased with promotional codes or during special sales (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and digital products

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

To initiate a return with Plumet, contact customer service by:

  • Emailing customercare@plumet.ae
  • Sending a direct message via social media

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the unopened package

Step 2: Return Review

We will review your request and either accept or reject the return based on our eligibility criteria.

Step 3: Return Pickup

If your return is accepted, we will send a carrier to collect the item, which usually takes 2-3 days to arrange pickup.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund.

Refund Process

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Refund confirmation will be sent via email

Refund Amount

  • Full product price refund for eligible returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Currency conversion fees may apply

Exchanges

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. This ensures fastest processing and availability

Damaged or Defective Items

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately at customercare@plumet.ae or via social media direct message
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will arrange return pickup at no cost to you
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided

Shipping Damage

  • Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Take photos of damaged packaging and product
  • We will work with shipping carrier to resolve the issue

Cancellations

Order Cancellation

  • Contact us through social media or customercare@plumet.ae
  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund
  • After 2 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled
  • Contact us immediately for cancellation requests

Partial Cancellations

  • Individual items cannot be removed from shipped orders
  • Full return process must be followed for unwanted items

Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as standard policy
  • We provide free initial shipping on all orders
  • For returns, we may or may not charge the customer for return shipping costs depending on the specific case
  • We recommend using trackable shipping methods when customer arranges return shipping
  • Plumet is not responsible for lost return packages

    Refund Exceptions

    Non-Refundable Situations

    • Items returned after 30-day window
    • Opened or used products
    • Items without original packaging or tags
    • Products damaged by customer misuse
    • Items not returned with valid RMA number

    Processing Delays

    Peak Season Notice

    During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events):

    • Return processing may take up to 10 business days
    • Customer service response times may be extended
    • We appreciate your patience during these times

    Warranty Information

    Product Warranty

    • Plumet bamboo bedding is warranted against manufacturing defects
    • Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or improper care
    • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos
