Our 30-night sleep trial
Every order comes with a 30-night trial. Use the set, wash it, live with it. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
How to return
- Email us — Write to support@plumet.ae with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack it up — Pack the items (all pieces of the set) with any original packaging, if available.
- Ship or schedule pickup — We'll arrange a courier pickup across the UAE or send you a prepaid label for GCC returns.
- Get your refund — Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost. Damaged-in-transit claims are processed as priority.
