How and when your order arrives, and what we cover.
Where we ship
Plumet ships across the UAE and the wider GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman). International shipping to the UK and USA is available on request — email support@plumet.ae for a quote.
Delivery times
- UAE — 1–3 business days
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar — 3–5 business days
- Bahrain, Oman — 4–6 business days
- UK / USA — 7–12 business days (express available)
Shipping fees
Shipping within the UAE is free on orders over 250 AED and a flat 20 AED below that threshold. GCC shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We include all import duties at checkout for GCC — no surprise fees on delivery.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track an order by number and email from our Track Order page at any time.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is home at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, your parcel will be held at the local depot for collection. We'll email you with pickup details. Parcels unclaimed after 10 days are returned to us — please contact support in that case.
