Privacy policy

When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, phone number and the items you purchase. When you pay, the card details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe) — Plumet never stores your full card number.

If you contact support, we keep a copy of the conversation so we can follow up. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.

We use your information to fulfil your order, ship it, answer your questions and occasionally email you about restocks or new products if you opted in. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

We share the minimum required information with the courier to deliver your parcel, with Stripe to process payment, and with Resend to send transactional emails. Each provider is bound by its own data protection policies.

Our site uses strictly necessary cookies for cart and checkout, plus privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We don't fingerprint, track you across other sites, or run ad-targeting cookies.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing support@plumet.ae. We'll respond within 30 days.
