Plumet is committed to a storefront that works for everyone — regardless of ability or assistive technology.
Our commitment
We build Plumet against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. That means readable contrast, keyboard navigation, proper landmark structure, alt text on images and respect for reduced-motion preferences system-wide.
What we implement
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header / nav / main / footer)
- Keyboard-navigable controls including cart and menu drawers
- Focus-visible rings on every interactive element
- Text contrast ratios meeting or exceeding 4.5:1
- Alt text on product imagery, ARIA labels on icon-only buttons
- Motion utilities that collapse under prefers-reduced-motion
- Screen-reader friendly price, savings and stock status

If you encounter a part of the site that does not work with your assistive technology, please email support@plumet.ae with a description of the issue, the page URL and the technology you are using. We prioritise accessibility reports and aim to respond within two business days.
